If you're looking for an eventing prospect with no maintenance, no vices, a solid foundation under a warmblood price- THIS is the horse for you! When we say SANE we mean it, this horse has no spook. He went through mounted patrol tests and passed with flying colors (even fireworks). He never says no to a jump. He willingly offers changes! Very adjustable trot with a steady and rhythmic canter. Wonderful gallop on the XC course.
Free jumping to 4' he has plenty of scope and range to be an FEI event horse. Or take him into the Dressage ring! Recently shown BN at an Eventing Trial, and currently being ridden by a Jr Rider, this guy is ready to take off in the eventing trials. However, he has plenty of potential as a Hunter Jumper as well!
Personality wise, this boy is as sweet as they come. Puppy dog personality by definition. He is eager to go for rides at home or hauling out with his person. He is a team player at heart, ready to take on his role as someone's show partner.
In addition to his talent in the arena, he is a champ on trails! Meaning you can compete and leisure ride on this guy! And did we mention he is SOUND! X rays on file from September. Barefoot currently, but can be shod, his feet hold up either way. No vices, this guy will clip, bathe, haul, stand for the farrier, can live out with geldings and mares (recently lived with ponies also). No bucking, No rearing. You really can't ask for a better minded sporthorse than him.
Standing at 16hh, don't let his height fool you. He can and will keep up with the 16.2+ horses if you ask him to! His adjustable stride can stretch to match the big warmbloods with ease!
He is currently training and showing with Anastasia Norton. Together they took 3rd in BN at is very first trial! She has laid a wonderful foundation on Ren. Her skills in eventing and dressage have allowed this gelding to meet more of his competitive potential while preparing him to find his new partner.
